Thank you to everyone who has donated books or cash for this amazing project. As they are sorting books out for the grade levels, they are still in need of some chapter books:
* Basic chapter books for 1st & 2nd grade readers
* 5th grade level chapter books (21 for boys, 8 girls)
* 6th grade graphic novel books
* Several 7th & 8th grade level chapter books.
The Friends of the Wyoming Public Library are in the midst of the 2025-26 Angel Book Program where we ask our community to donate enough books to give every student in grades Preschool-8th grade enrolled at Midland School District a book before Christmas break. We will accept any new books, cash, checks payable to Friends of the Wyoming Public Library or you can order from Amazon off of our Amazon wish list (link provided above). Donations are needed by Friday, December 5th. Books and monetary donations can be dropped off at the Wyoming Public library for your convenience.
